MEET THE OWNER
Kelsey DeFreece was born and raised in Memphis and began her home health career after finishing her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Belmont University. After many years of being an OT in the home health world, she decided to hand pick her dream team to start 901 Home Health Care so that the Memphis area will be served by a locally owned team passionate about this community.
PURPOSE
901 Home Health Care was established to be the first locally owned and operated home health care agency in Memphis. We offer patients nursing and therapy services from the comfort of their homes. If you or someone you know think you might need home health care, we would love to help get a referral from your physician. We can't wait to enable you to thrive at home!
